A Labour of Love

I have just finished creating the Higher Realm Healing® manual. While working on it truly was a labour of Love, I will admit here to some feelings of doubt, and asking myself what I was thinking, while I was going through the process.

I am looking forward to sharing it with the individuals who will be attending the Higher Realm Healing® workshops. I know they are going to do incredible things with the teachings.

I am grateful to those who encouraged me throughout the entire process. Without their support this labour of Love would have simply been laborious.

Driving and Ho'oponopono

I'm going to confess something here that may surprise some of you. When I'm driving I swear. Sometimes a lot. Depending on the circumstances it can be a mild curse word or a string of profanity that could make my husband (the man I learned creative cursing from) blush.

I'd been working on eliminating that habit, with little success, until I thought of utilizing Ho'oponopono.

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It involves saying four phrases: I love you... I'm sorry... please forgive me... thank you. I've used these phrases for many years to help me maintain balance and see things from a higher perspective.

The other day was the first time I used the phrases while driving. I am happy to say that while running errands and driving to several locations, even while witnessing someone run a red light, and another person nearly cause a collision by crossing four lanes of traffic, I didn't swear. Not once.

Ho'oponopono is going to become a vital part of my driving experience. So, if you see me o the road and it looks like I'm talking to myself you'll know I'll be saying: I love you... I'm sorry... please forgive me... thank you.

Will You Accept the Knowledge and Healing?

Before a Higher Realm Healing session I ask the client an important question. That question is, "Will you accept the Knowledge and Healing that will be made available through today's session?"

Why do I ask this question? Because when the client answers in the affirmative their cells and DNA get excited and prepare to allow Healing and Understanding to unfold.

The client also, with these words, becomes a full participant in their Healing process. Their saying "Yes" to my question pushes doubts, outmoded beliefs and feelings of unworthiness away.

It gives permission for the Higher Realm Healing energies to do what needs doing.

It creates a Sacred Space where miracles may occur.

Isn't it amazing what answering 'yes' to that question will do?

Mother Guilt

The other day, during one of our epic brunch conversations, a dear friend and I touched upon the topic of Mother Guilt. We acknowledged that, as a Mother, you never forget about the times you were less than the parent you wanted to be. And that every time your child, at any age, is experiencing a challenge you look for what you did that caused it.

A Mother never stops being a Mother. Never stops being concerned about the Beings they gave birth to or helped raise. And Mothers rarely let themselves off the hook for what they perceive as their failings as a Mother.

Today is Mothers Day and I wish all Mothers a happy one. But even more than that I wish you all a guilt-free Mothers Day.

For this one day let yourself be celebrated and loved for everything you did right.

Free yourself, if only for a day, of the burden of Mother Guilt.
