The 'view is good from here' is a phrase that has been going through my mind for the past while. The 'here' I'm referring to is a place of balance and trust that allows me to 'see' things in a different light and with a different perspective.
I'm not looking at things with rose-coloured glasses or sticking my head in the sand. I'm seeing things as they are and facing what is mine to face.
I no longer have an interest in involving myself in others' drama or expending precious energies in a futile attempt to change what cannot be changed.
I'm not rushing in to 'save' someone from themselves. I have realized that serves no one.
I am committed to being of 'service' in the ares where my presence is appropriate and avoiding those places where I cannot add anything of value.
I am focused on my own Path and have little interest in who may be in front of me or behind.
I am at a place of Peace. And the view is good from here.
