I awoke this morning full of gratitude. I have many reasons to be grateful. Today, however, I am focusing on the one that is nearest and dearest in this space and time.

I am most grateful to the wonderful group of Souls who willingly say, "I'm in", whenever I embark upon a new adventure. Throughout the different modalities I've practiced, the workshops I've set up and the teachings I've utilized they have, each and every time, walked with me through each step of the journey. Even when I was unsure of where we were going to end up.

Because of them I know I will always have companionship throughout various sojourns in this realm and others. They are always there with encouragement and support. They offer loving guidance and the occasional shoulder or kick in the astral when I doubt  my ability to see things through.

Without them I would not be doing the work I do today.

So here, now and always, I offer them my heartfelt Gratitude and Love for their support and encouragement. I am honored and humbled to have such wondrous Souls in my life.

Today instead of wishing you a happy Father's Day I am wishing you a peaceful Father's Day.

Expecting everyone to be happy on a day such as this is not realistic. This day will be a challenge for many. I understand and honour that. It's a bitter-sweet day for me, as well.

So, if you're celebrating the day, good for you. I am happy for you.

If, however, you feel like running or hiding from the day, I offer you Compassion and Love along with my most fervent wish for a peaceful day for you.

There are many things that I am uncertain of. Life is filled with uncertainties and that is part of the magic and mystery of being Human.

Today, however, I would like to focus on that of which I am certain. This is what I know:

-I know that my consciousness is eternal. This temporary housing of my Soul will outlive its usefulness and I will shed my cloak of flesh for a cloak of Light.

-I know that when I have learned the lessons of this particular incarnation I will return Home to the Higher Realms for a time before beginning another wondrous journey into the realm of form.

-I know that while I am here I am to remember that Love is the driver of all that is for the Greater Good.

-I know that I never have to struggle on my own. I came here with a guidance system that is ever ready and willing to assist me throughout every challenge.

-I know I have the wherewithal to succeed in the mission I chose for this lifetime. The body and circumstances I chose for this sojourn into the realm of form is perfectly designed.

-I know I didn't set myself up for failure.

When I focus on the certainty of what I know, what I don't know seems less daunting.
