Yesterday I had the honour of facilitating a group regression. During a group regression participants are led through a past life experience, meet a Spirit Guide and then get a glimpse of what a future life may be like for them.

I truly enjoy these workshops. They're informative, interactive and interesting. And, often, surprising.

I am in awe of what participants are shown and experience. I'll never tire of hearing the wonder in their voices as they share their stories.

This morning I offer my heartfelt gratitude to these participants. My Soul is the better for the experiences we shared during the group regression.

This past week has been an exercise in practicing what I preach. The Universe, in its infinite wisdom, has offered me a series of challenges and tests designed to show me exactly where I am in my own evolution. It has also provided me with many opportunities to utilize the Self Mastery tools I teach to keep things in proper perspective.

Have I done well with those tests and challenges? Only time will tell. 

Have I learned more about myself and the world around me? Oh, yes.

Do I wish to repeat the tests and challenges? No!

As I sit at my desk this morning, idly wondering if I will be able to get through the tasks I've chosen, I'm choosing to change my perspective a bit. I'm reminding myself that all will unfold as it should. That when I need assistance I need only ask. And, also, that what feels important today may not feel important tomorrow.

I'm almost looking forward to being immersed in practicing what I preach ;-)
