If you've been to my home for a Reconnective Healing session, Reconnection, Akashic Records reading or a class you've probably gone home with a bottle of water I've treated with healing frequencies.

When I started giving out my specially-treated bottled water I wasn't overly concerned about the impact it would have on the environment. After all, what harm could come from handing out plastic bottles that would be recycled?

I've since had a change of heart. One day, while treating the water I would need for that day, it occurred to me just how many plastic bottles I was going through. I decided to Google just how much energy was consumed in creating bottled water. What I read was sobering. I realized how much I was part of the 'plastics' problem. Not to mention the practices of the corporations that bottle the water.

So, the next time you come to my home for any of my services, you will still receive water treated with healing energies, but that water will be in a glass. And I'll feel much better about giving it to you.

Which will make the water even more potent in its healing properties :-)

Today is the day all over the Globe that is set aside to honour Fathers. For some, this is a day of happy memories, family visits and a day filled with love. If you fall into this category you may want to stop reading right now. What follows may dampen your spirits.

If Fathers Day is a day when unpleasant memories surface and you feel alone, alienated or angry... then keep reading. Your spirits may receive a slight lift.

To all of you who have been abused, neglected and treated as less than the Divine Soul that you are by the man who's duty it was to protect, guide and love you... I am sorry for what you experienced. If it was within my power all of your pain would be completely dissolved.

I can't magically take away your pain but I can offer you this. Please know that whatever happened... it wasn't your fault. There was nothing you could have done to circumvent how another chose to behave. And please let go of any shame you've been carrying around with you. That shame does not belong to you.

If your experiences, or lack thereof, regarding your Father have made you a survivor, then hold your head high. You made it through some of the toughest lessons available to mankind. You have learned about kindness through being treated unkindly. You have learned about compassion through experiencing your own pain. And you have learned about forgiveness by forgiving the unforgivable.

So, on this day, I honour you. The Child of the Father who couldn't be who you needed him to be.

Over the past few weeks I have been keenly aware of the Angels in our midst who disguise themselves as humans.

Throughout this challenging time of family illness, whenever I felt as though I was faltering, someone appeared to offer words of comfort or wisdom. Some even made me laugh when I felt like crying. All were very kind.

I will be eternally grateful to these Angels. They helped me through a very difficult time. Every hug I received strengthened me. Every smile gave me courage. Every kind word helped me put one foot in front of the other.

I know these individuals would deny that they are Angels. But I know better. I've felt what it's like to be enfolded in their wings.
