Yesterday I spent a lovely afternoon facilitating a Group Regression. Each participant visited a Past Life, embarked on a journey to meet a Spirit Guide, had a glimpse of a possible future life and then did a wonderful little psychological exercise to give them greater insight into who they are.
This was my first foray into facilitating a Group Regression and I am sure it will become one of my favorite things to do. The time flew by and I was amazed at how each participant was shown exactly what they needed to know.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to those who participated in this Group Regression. My Soul is the better for the experience.
